As red color alarms begin in Kibbutz Ein HaShlosha, 81-year-old Jacqueline Glicksman wakes up. She grabs a mobile phone and a tablet before locking herself in her safe room

When the alarms stop, Jacqueline leaves her safe room, prepares her breakfast, and chats with her son, Gabbi Glicksman, who lives in the United States. During their conversation, she hears voices speaking Arabic outside her home. Concerned, she tells her son, who urges her to turn off the lights, mute her phone, and return to the safe room. Following his advice, she returns to the safe room and sits on the bed
A terrorist breaks into Jacqueline's house and opens the door of her safe room. He orders her to stay silent, takes her mobile devices, and leaves. Moments later, Jacqueline steps out, grabs a baseball bat, and returns to the safe room, ready to face a possible second intrusion
Three other terrorists arrive at the house and breach the safe room window but don’t enter. Through the window, they demand money from Jacqueline. She replies that she has none, and they leave

Jacqueline hears a noise outside the safe room door and decides to flee. She climbs onto the dresser by her safe room's window and jumps out. During her escape, she sees her friend Silvia Mirensky’s house burning, and the Kibbutz' Ravshatz (Military Security Coordinator), Rami Negbi's dead body lying on the ground, murdered by terrorists. Jacqueline knocks on neighbors’ doors for help, but no one answers. Later, she learns that her neighbor Silvia has been murdered

While Jacqueline seeks shelter, neighbors Collie Flores and Marcelo Cohen hide in their safe room. As Jacqueline passes their house, Collie spots her through the window and says to Marcelo, "There's someone outside." Marcelo, a security squad member, recognizes Jacqueline and urges her to join them inside their safe room. Later that morning, terrorists set fire to Jacqueline’s house
After sheltering for more than a day in the Flores-Cohen safe room, Jacqueline, Collie, and Marcelo are rescued by IDF forces. Jacqueline is evacuated with other kibbutz members to Kibbutz Mishmar HaNegev. Later, she moves to her sister's home in Ramat Gan
